Fulcrum Group has a client portal that allows you to securely send and receive files from our firm. You must register to use this service the first time, after which you can login with your email and password. The service is free to all existing Fulcrum Group clients.

Large Legacy File Upload

We strongly recommend registering for the client portal above, as it will be replacing the legacy file upload process below.

PLEASE PUT ALL DOCUMENTS IN A FOLDER AND ZIP THE FOLDER BEFORE SENDING

Use our secure online file delivery service to provide us your documentation. Click the button below to access it and follow these steps:

  1. Click UPLOAD FILES.
  2. Under ‘Add a Message’, please put the company name, backup password, the accounting software you use, what version you are using, and any other instructions required.
  3. Drag and drop your file [IMPORTANT: PLEASE PUT ALL DOCUMENTS IN A FOLDER AND ZIP THE FOLDER BEFORE SENDING (see #5 below)]
  4. If you are sending multiple companies, please send each company separately.
  5. If you are sending multiple documents and a backup, please put all documents and backup into a folder and then zip the folder before dragging into the ‘drag and drop files.’ To zip a file, put all documents into a folder, right click and choose ‘send to’ and then there should be an option – Compressed (zipped) folder option.
