Nikki was born in Grande Prairie and raised on a farm in the Peace Country. She earned her Office Administration certificate straight out of high school and began her career at Davis Kohlsmith & Kay, where she worked for 10 years. During that time, she met and married her husband, and together they welcomed their daughter. After a decade with the firm, Nikki shifted gears and joined the Grande Prairie Public School Division, where she spent 23 years working in both elementary, junior high and high school settings in office administration. It was during that time that a son was welcomed into the family.
In October of 2025, she returned to the world of accounting when she joined Fulcrum Group and is extremely happy to be back. She is proud to be part of such a kind, welcoming, and hardworking team.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, spending time outdoors, reading, rowing, visiting her parents at the farm she grew up on and relaxing at their cabin at Sturgeon Lake.
