‘Add a Message’ Please put the company name, backup password, the accounting software you use, what version you are using, and any other instructions required.
Drag and drop your file [IMPORTANT: PLEASE PUT ALL DOCUMENTS IN A FOLDER AND ZIP THE FOLDER BEFORE SENDING (see #5 below)]
If you are sending multiple companies, please send each company separately.
If you are sending multiple documents and a backup, please put all documents and backup into a folder and then zip the folder before dragging into the ‘drag and drop files.’ To zip a file, put all documents into a folder, right click and choose ‘send to’ and then there should be an option – Compressed (zipped) folder option.
